It is not recommended for use with large dildos (+40mm diameter) or heavy dildos (250g+) because they don't easily fit into the opening, and the heavy weight can cause the harness front to droop slightly.
When choosing your harness size, smaller is better - this way the deep elasticated sides will feel really snug and secure and your dildo won't twang!
