At Sh! Women’s Store, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
